Newsletter for 10/27

Third Grade Newsletter for the Week of October 27, 2009
From Mrs. Godwin

We will have our Spelling and Reading tests on Tuesday, Nov. 3rd. The first 15 Spelling words are the most important. The Challenge words will be given as a bonus. Please read “Balto, The Dog Who Saved Nome” for the Reading test too.

Just some notes for the week:
*Fri., Oct. 31st is the Halloween Parade and Party.
*Mon.-Wed., Nov. 2nd – Nov. 4th – Conferences; 1:00 Dismissals
*Thurs.- Mon., Nov. 5th- Nov. 9th – School Closed for Teacher Convention and Veteran’s Day
*Tues., Nov. 10th – PTA PJ Storytime 7:00; Make-up Picture Day
